Yes, that's "maangchi". As in, "hammer"!
This cook lived in Toronto for a long time. Korean cuisine is actually really popular in Toronto, and there are LOTS of Korean restaurants there. Maangchi shows English-speaking people how to make some of Korea's most popular dishes at home. Thanks to her, I've learned a lot about Korean cooking!

I know how make Naengmyeon.

Naengmyeon is easy to make.

And meat broth pour.
